Superior Cabinet Construction

  1. Side Panel- 1/2” E1 plywood with oak or maple veneer stained interior and exterior matching the door.
  2. Face Frame- 3/4” x 1-1/2” stiles and rails.
  3. Bottom- High quality E1 1/2” plywood, with oak or maple veneer stained interior and exterior to match the door.
  4. Shelf- 5/8” E1 plywood with oak or maple veneer stained to match the door.
  5. Back Panel- 1/2” plywood with oak or maple veneer interior stained to match the door, solid hardwood hanging rail on wall cabinets.
  6. Toe Kick- 1/2” plywood with oak or maple veneer stained to match the door.
  7. Base Corner Braces- Molded plastic braces for extra strength and provides mounting point for countertop.
  8. Hinges- Concealed, self closing adjustable.
  9. Drawer Front- Slab or 5 pc.
  10. Routed Finger Pulls- Available upon request (Shenandoah, Acadia, Glacier and Ozark).
  11. Drawer Box- Screw together (Shenandoah) or ready to assemble 5/8” solid maple dovetail (Acadia, Glacier, Ozark, Yosemite and Chesapeake).
  12. Drawer Glides- Epoxy coated side mount (Shenandoah) or full extension, self closing under mount (Acadia, Glacier, Ozark, Yosemite and Chesapeake).
  13. Cabinet Assembly- Quick and easy cam lock assembly.
  14. Finish- 4-7 coats of stain or paint for exceptional appearance and durability.
