Warranty

RSL offers the only Lifetime warranty on both glass and frames in our industry. RSL products are made with the highest quality components and craftsmanship.

RSL's product warranty extends to our customers for the cost of the product purchased or its replacement. Installation is not covered under RSL warranty. If replacement of the glass and/or plastic frame(trim) around the glass is needed, builders or homeowners must contact the company that supplied them. RSL does not manufacture doors. We manufacture the doorglass that is a component of the door system.

RSL does not warranty its products for damages as a result of mishandling or improper installation. Further instructions are included on the red, green, blue or orange warranty label attached to each RSL product.

Warranty Claim: Contact the building product supplier that sold you the door or doorglass. They will contact RSL for inspection and replacement or credit.
