RSL Inc. - Quality by Design
In 1964, RSL began a tradition of manufacturing doorlights with exceptional attention to product quality and customer service.
Today, as then, RSL's reputation of excellence continues throughout its facilities in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey; Warren, Ohio; Atlanta, Georgia; and Phoenix, Arizona.
RSL is headquartered in a 25,000 square foot Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey plant, where we manufacture insulated glass, assemble, store and ship injection moulded commodity and decorative doorlights from our $2 million plus inventory. A sophisticated management information system ties all RSL plants in a network that automatically assigns orders to the most advantageous plant location. Billing and inventory reduction follow the same flow and yes, all RSL products are bar coded.
The Warren Ohio Facility houses injection moulding and commodity doorlights manufacturing with 200,000 square feet of production and warehouse space. Insulation and assembly processes are completed in this new climate-controlled facility.
Champion Injection Moulding maintains around-the-clock production on 14 injection presses ranging from 28 to 1,400 tons.
Wood and extruded vinyl products are fabricated at our 30,000 square foot Cardiff, New Jersey plant, where consistent quality is achieved with a highly skilled workforce and sophisticated equipment. Wood mouldings are produced on a seven head Wadkim Molded with hydrosleeves and 'on head' honing, thus permitting tolerances of 5/1000 of a millimeter.
RSL has warehouses in Dallas, Texas; Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, and Georgia, to supply customers cost-effectively with quick turnaround service. Inventories at these facilities are geared for specific customer requirements.
International Trade
RSL conducts business in Canada, England, Germany, Japan, the Caribbean and South America.
