Message from the President

In these difficult economic times, I am especially proud of RSL's performance. Our team offers friendly customer service, is dedicated to product quality, and has the experience to ensure our continued growth. RSL is a secure and stable company- proudly owned by the family that started it in 1964- growing steadily in market share, leading the way with exciting product innovation, and determined to continue focusing our attention on the one thing that matters most...customer service.

Our newsletter and our new catalog is filled with beautiful new photography, new products, and new marketing tools that will make a real difference for our customers and their sales teams. If 2010 was a year of ensuring stability and developing product innovations, 2011 will be the year of improved lead times. It was admittedly difficult to anticipate the highs and lows of our building industry during the past few years. When we worked diligently to maintain lean inventory levels, we were caught short when orders suddenly flooded in. Seasonality and predictability have nearly disappeared. So, RSL has dedicated itself to improving the operational plan for our production facilities, so that we can produce more, inventory more and meet our customer's expectations for shorter lead times.
